Green Lung with a video for ‘Black Magick Radio’
The London-based band have released their third single from Necropolitan. The music video, directed by Billy Howard Price, shows a suburban family being overwhelmed by the song’s occult power.
Green Lung have released the single ‘Black Magick Radio’, a declaration of love for occult rock in which the band hijack the astral waves in the spirit of 1960s pirate radio. The track draws inspiration from classics such as ‘Lucifer’s Friend’ and ‘Black Widow’, whilst also paying homage to London’s proto-gothic landmarks such as Le Macabre and The Process Church of the Final Judgement.
‘Black Magick Radio’ is taken from the band’s fourth studio album, Necropolitan, which is due for release on 11 September via Nuclear Blast Records. The album was recorded at Rockfield Studios in January 2026, produced by Tom Dalgety (Opeth, Ghost), and captures the band’s raw, high-energy live sound in its purest form, without the usual multi-layered arrangements. The music video was directed by Billy Howard Price.
